Short version: we collect only what the law requires at check-in, we never sell guest data, and what happens during your stay stays private.

What we collect

At check-in, Indian law requires hotels to record each guest's name, address, government photo ID and contact number in the guest register. That is what we collect, and nothing more. When you message us on WhatsApp, we see your phone number and the messages you send us.

How we use it

Guest register entries are used only for the legal record and, where required, for verification by authorities. Your WhatsApp number is used to confirm your booking and respond to your requests. We do not run marketing broadcasts, we do not add you to lists, and we never sell or rent guest information to anyone.

CCTV

For everyone's safety, CCTV operates in common areas: entrances, corridors, reception and parking. There are no cameras inside guest rooms, ever. Footage is kept for a limited period and reviewed only if an incident requires it.

Third parties

This website is a static site and sets no tracking cookies of its own. Booking conversations happen on WhatsApp, which is governed by WhatsApp's own privacy policy. Embedded Google Maps on our pages are governed by Google's privacy policy.
