House rules, in plain language
No fine print, no gotchas. This is everything we expect from you and everything you can expect from us.
Check-in & check-out
Check-in is 12:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are offered whenever availability allows; just ask at the desk or on WhatsApp. Day-use stays are available subject to availability.
Identification
Every adult guest must present a valid government photo ID at check-in: Aadhaar, driving licence, voter ID or passport. Local IDs are accepted, including for couples. Guests below 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Payment & cancellation
Pay at the hotel by cash, UPI or card. Rates quoted on WhatsApp are held for the date discussed. If your plan changes, tell us as early as you can; there is no charge for cancelling a WhatsApp booking before the check-in time.
Guest conduct
Treat the room, the staff and other guests with basic respect. Smoking is not permitted inside rooms. Illegal activity of any kind means immediate check-out and a call to the authorities. Damage to hotel property is chargeable at cost.
Our responsibility
We keep the premises secure with 24×7 staff and CCTV in common areas, and we keep your details private. Please use the room locker or reception for valuables; the hotel is not liable for cash or jewellery left unattended in rooms.
